Completed in 2019, this brand new cottage has been lovingly decorated with all modern facilities for a perfect beach getaway in style
The entrance hall leads to the downstairs cloakroom and toilet. The main living area is open plan, incorporating a sitting area with smart TV and wood burning stove, and adjacent kitchen and dining area. The kitchen area has an Everhot electric stove, a fridge freezer, a microwave and toaster, and a dishwasher.
Upstairs is a small lobby, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, which has a bath and separate shower and underfloor heating.
Access is from a gravel drive onto a flat tiled area with a handrail leading to the front door. French doors from the sitting area lead onto the main south-facing patio. There is a second small patio tucked away in a wild area. There is access to our communal outdoor hot tub and large front lawn.

Downstairs has underfloor heating and upstairs there are radiators. Outside is an air source heat pump and solar photovoltaic cells. The laundry area is in the garage, which also provides storage for bicycles and other equipment and has a croquet set and table tennis.
Upstairs there is a lobby leading into 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king sized bed. We have a sofa bed, z bed, travel cot and high chair for use by children if needed.

Absolute paradise. If you have children with you Oatlands, the candle making shop, Karting and bowling are worth a visit. Great smaller island as are Herm and Sark.

What a magical place. We have walked the length and breadth of your beautiful island in glorious sunshine! Do walk the coastal path from St Peter Port to Pleinmont. Or walk the Green Lanes and discover the real Guernsey.

To reserve your booking please complete this online booking form and arrange for a £400 deposit either by bank transfer or cheque payable to Dr Susan J Taylor.
If you are sending a cheque, or prefer to fill in a paper booking form please download it below with our Tariffs.
A confirmation advice will be sent to you within the week – please contact us if you do not receive one. If you have to cancel your booking £200 of the deposit is non-refundable, we only refund the rest of your money if we are able to re-let the cottage.
Covid 19 – Whilst we would not wish to cancel a holiday booking, we reserve the right to do so and will provide a full refund of monies paid to us.
